Picture Perfect Pumpkins is operated by Know Firewood LLC in Bedford, Texas. These terms explain how our website and ordering service work. Our booking policies contain the cancellation, refund, weather-delay, replacement and recycling rules for your order. If a general statement here differs from those specific booking policies, the booking policies take priority.

Choosing your display

The package’s written contents and selected extras describe what you are buying. Photos show display examples; pumpkins are natural products and colors, shapes, sizes and varieties vary. Background furnishings and decorations are not included unless listed. Some example photos have been edited for presentation. Styling is included with Doorstep, Grand Harvest, Texas Sized Showstopper and Main Street Harvest; it is an optional $75 service for Cozy Welcome and Autumn Abundance.

Ordering and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Review your selected package, extras, styling, delivery fee, optional recycling and final checkout total before paying through Stripe. An item in your cart does not reserve a delivery slot. If a payment fails or your order status is unclear, contact us before attempting another payment.

Give us accurate contact and delivery details, and let us know promptly if something needs correction. Multiple packages can share one delivery address and delivery week in one order; use separate orders for separate addresses.

Delivery, access and recycling

Delivery eligibility and the free, $25 or $50 delivery tier depend on your exact address. Use our delivery checker; unresolved or near-boundary addresses require confirmation before payment. Select an available delivery week at checkout. We will contact you about the installation day within that week. A selected week is not a guarantee of a particular event date, and there are no Sunday installations.

Please provide any relevant access or placement notes and make sure the agreed display area is safely accessible. You do not need to be home if we can safely access it. If you add recycling, choose your pickup week at checkout and keep the supplied display accessible that week; a separate pickup-day appointment is not required. Prices and removal scope are explained in the booking policies.

Cancellations, weather and quality concerns

Our booking policies explain the refund deadlines measured from the start of your selected delivery week, unsafe-weather rescheduling, and the 48-hour reporting window for delivery-quality concerns. Natural pumpkins do not have an all-season lifespan guarantee.

Privacy, gift messages and photographs

Our privacy notice explains order information, payments, address checking, cookies and Instagram content. Photo permission is optional and separate from your purchase. Gift messages are limited to 150 characters for a handwritten note. Do not place payment details in gift messages, order notes or emails.

Using the website

Please use the site for legitimate browsing, inquiries and purchases. Do not attempt to access another customer’s information, disrupt the service, or misuse its forms. Our original branding, written content and photographs remain the property of their respective owners. You are welcome to share links to our site; contact us before reusing content commercially.

Changes to website wording do not retroactively change the recorded booking policy for an existing order. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.
