Picture Perfect Pumpkins is operated by Know Firewood LLC in Bedford, Texas. This notice explains how information is handled when you browse pictureperfectpumpkin.com, check delivery availability, place an order, or contact us about a pumpkin display.

Information you provide

We collect the information needed to answer questions and fulfill orders: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, selected packages and extras, delivery and pickup weeks, order notes, and payment status. If you choose the gift option, the order includes your gift message and any recipient information you provide. Please share another person’s details only when you have permission to arrange the gift or delivery.

If you email photos for a recommendation or quality concern, we receive those photos and your message. Photo-sharing permission is a separate, optional checkout choice; it is not required to order.

How we use information

We use order and contact information to check delivery eligibility, process payments, prepare and deliver displays, coordinate installation and recycling, send order updates, answer questions, handle refunds or quality concerns, and maintain business records. Website and payment systems also use technical information to operate reliably and help prevent fraud or abuse. Placing an order is not a newsletter subscription.

Payments, hosting and service providers

• Stripe: card details are processed through Stripe’s payment system. Our normal order records contain payment status, transaction references and limited payment-method details, not your full card number or security code. Stripe handles payment and fraud-prevention information under its privacy policy.
• Website and communications: our WordPress/WooCommerce store is hosted by GoDaddy. Hosting, security, email and delivery-support services process information needed to operate the site, communicate with you and fulfill your order. Order notifications and customer messages are handled through our business email services, including Gmail. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for these purposes.
• Address checking: our site sends the street address, city, state and ZIP code you enter to the U.S. Census address locator. Your name, email, phone, apartment/suite line and payment details are not included in that lookup. The returned approximate location determines delivery eligibility and fees. Our lookup cache reuses the location result for up to one hour under a protected address-derived identifier, rather than saving the full provider response. This is separate from the address retained with an order.

We do not sell or rent customer contact lists. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security problems or a dispute. Third-party platforms have their own privacy practices.

Cookies, technical data and embedded content

The store and its providers use cookies or similar technologies for your cart, sessions, payment security and website operation. Hosting systems may record IP addresses, browser/device information, requested pages and error or security events. WooCommerce order attribution uses session cookies to associate an order with referral sources, campaign links, device type and pages viewed during the visit.

The Reels page loads an official Instagram profile embed. Loading it contacts Instagram/Meta, which may receive your IP address, browser information and page/referrer information, use cookies, or associate the visit with an Instagram account you are signed into. Instagram controls that preview. See Meta’s privacy policy. The delivery map also loads display software from third-party content-delivery networks, which receive the technical information needed to deliver those files.

You can manage cookies and third-party content through your browser settings. Blocking them may affect checkout or embedded features. The direct Instagram link remains available if its preview is blocked.

Photos and your choices

We publish customer-display photos only with permission. Saying no or leaving the checkout choice blank does not affect service. With permission, shared display photos exclude people, house numbers, license plates, your name and street address. Contact us if you want to change your permission or ask us to remove a photo from channels we control; we cannot control copies already shared by others.

Retention, security and privacy requests

We retain information as reasonably needed to fulfill and support orders, maintain accounting and business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no website or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

To request access, correction or deletion of your information, email pictureperfectpumpkins@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records required for legal, accounting, security or order-related purposes. Please do not email card numbers, security codes or other sensitive financial documents.
